* A few links are links to zip files or PDF files. The zip files have to be first downloaded and then unzipped using an appropriate program e.g.. WinZip etc. (www.winzip.com) to obtain the original file / files which may be in MS Word 2000, MS Publisher 2000, MS Excel 2000 etc. For PDF files you need Adobe Acrobat Reader (www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readermain.html) to be installed at your computer.
